Support and FAQ

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your device. There is no account and no server. If the app is deleted or you switch devices, progress is lost unless you have a device backup.

Does Quadlo show ads?

Yes, via Google AdMob: voluntary rewarded videos for extras, plus dosed regular ads. As with every Shibli Labs app, this advertising is exclusively non-personalised, without a consent form and without an iOS tracking dialog. Details are in the privacy policy (German).

What is the one-time purchase?

Quadlo offers one voluntary one-time purchase (e.g. "remove ads"). Payment is handled exclusively by Apple or Google; to verify and restore purchases we use RevenueCat, which only starts when you open the shop or choose "restore purchases".

What happens to my data?
